Why geothermal first

Geothermal systems present a different materials challenge from many conventional stimulation markets. Thermal exposure, saline environments, pressure to reduce chemical intensity, and the need for credible pilot learning all increase the importance of material selection. NovelProp is being developed with these requirements as the primary frame of reference.​

Water- and brine-based stimulation relevance

A central development objective is compatibility with lower-chemical stimulation workflows based on water- or brine-based transport. This is particularly relevant in projects where chemical load, clean-up complexity, or reservoir sensitivity are important considerations.

Selected adjacent applications

Potential relevance outside geothermal remains exploratory. Any adjacent application development would be assessed selectively through technical partnerships, pilot-oriented collaboration, or licensing discussions rather than broad public market positioning.
